Background: Steve Eaheart received his Bachelor of Science degree from James Madison University in 1982, and his Juris Doctorate from George Washington University Law School in 1990.

Steve served over 20 years as an officer in the U.S. Marine Corps. He began his legal practice in 1990 and concentrated in the areas of litigation, real estate, family law, estate planning, and tax law. During this time he lectured extensively on real estate, family law, estate planning, and tax law.

Teaching for the largest private real estate company in the , Steve has successfully taught thousands of students the 60-hour Principles of Real Estate Course required to get their real estate license. Additionally, he regularly teaches an intensive Exam Preparation Course for persons taking the Virginia state real estate exam.

Currently, Steve leads the highly successful and top producing Keller Williams Fairfax Gateway in Fairfax, Virginia . He is the owner and principal broker for 80+ agents and Eaheart Team member. Highly sought after for his professional skills and ability to teach, Steve Eaheart is a leading expert in the field of real estate education.

Katrina Eaheart 

Background: Katrina Eaheart received her Bachelor of Science degree from James Madison University in 1982.

Katrina served for 2 years as a Deputy Sheriff in San Diego, CA and as a teacher in Fairfax County Public Schools for 13 years. Other work experience includes running an HR Training program for the USMC as well as an area manager for Sears and Kaplan Test Prep. Katrina brings a unique and valued perspective to the Eaheart Team! Her dynamic people skills and passion for customer service are her most enduring qualities. Professional ASP Homer Stager too!

 Katrina & Steve have been happily married for over 25 years and have raised two children. They have a passion for farm properties, gardening, travel, hunting & fishing & helping others succeed!
